Today we’ll mainly discuss on strategies for teaching children to handling emotional problems appropriately. In my opinion, the goal as a classroom teacher is not to completely stop all emotional problems since they are hardwired into our brain. The goal is to teach the children to develop self-control and make appropriate choices regarding how to handle these feelings, such as anger, stress and other emotional problems. So we may probably relate to anger management techniques, stress management techniques and emotional regulation disorder, more or less.

What is Emotion and Emotion Management?

Emotion is a piece of double-edge sword, because it can not only make the cleverest people become mad, but also turn the most foolish people to be clever; it is the torch to light the intellect potency, but also the flame to burn oneself.
